HEY ASB!  Social  just wrapped up the Fall Night Market last Friday, 9/21. Thank you to everyone for their help (commision for setting up in class, volunteers for their dedication, PR for their beautiful graphics, and Tech with the camera booth and music)! Lets get on with the feedback: As a quick recap:  Chill welcome back event (activities, food, prizes)  250 stamp cards and 250ish prizes Sunset + Fall Night Market Themed Cafeteria and the Quad Here are some discussion points:  Length of activities (people felt it was too short) Long lines for activities, food, and check in  Quantity of food (food ran out in first hour)  Toppings ran out before boba base  Student music request form  Other ways of creative promo  Ways to improve the efficiency and organization of set up/clean up How to improve on the volunteer handbook? Sign up sheet and Volunteer Organization (last minute sign ups)  Barely any people in the lounge area of the cafe...

hey asb! the september PR video just aired this monday—being our first video of the year, we'd love to hear feedback to improve our upcoming ones this year :) things that went well: - most filming was done on time, according to planned time - most groups had script ready things to improve on: - we were filming 2 days before the draft was supposed to be played in class - final video sent to Mrs. Kirsh on morning of - workaround for teachers who don't want to play it in class? - no den access during the weekend feel free to add thoughts + any feedback is welcome! super proud of this video and hope to make future ones amazing :D <3, pr + tech

Hi ASB!!!!!!!!!!!! We just wrapped up on club info week and we would love to hear your feedback! Some info: - occurred over three days (9/7 - 9/9) - two days were interest clubs - last day was competition and service clubs - ~25 clubs each day, 2 clubs per table - clink and leg council had tables at the entrance of the gym - moved the event from the quad to the gym due to the heat - created a QR code with a digital matrix instead of a physical copy - posted the map on the asb Instagram Some issues we found: -some people wanted a paper matrix -some clubs did not read the map properly and went to the wrong booth -there was no AC in the gym -no food was allowed in the gym + people kept walking into the gym with food Please leave any comments you have about club info week!! <3 Community Link

 WHATS GOOD ASB!  🥳 First off, thank you guys all so much for helping out with Welcome Back Rally, we love u and it wouldn’t have been possible without you guys!!! We hope you all enjoyed the first gym rally in almost 3 years. Here’s a recap of the past week: Monday: Metro Monday (streetwear) Tuesday: Celebrity Hills Tuesday Wednesday: Wealthy Wednesday (semi formal/formal) Thursday: Tropical Thursday + rally setup Friday: WELCOME BACK RALLLLLLLLYYYYYYYYY We would really appreciate any feedback you guys have concerning any aspect of the week. Here are some points for discussion: We implemented the “Add your own” story sticker, but is there any way for us to encourage more spirit week participation? (Backdrop for pics, BTS?)  Last week, each spirit day coincided with a specific city. Should we have our spirit days stick to the general theme or try experimenting with more unique and fun spirit days? (Ex: frat boy day, dress as your type, etc...) How can we further encoura...
